With over 19 years of experience, Seth is a nationally recognized originator and trusted expert among real estate professionals, CPAs, and attorneys. Tristar is truly a distinctive lender. They provide best rates and guide you through all potential roadbumps. Everyone we worked with (Marcos, Brittany, Ashley, Hailey, Patrick, Seth) made sure that we progressed towards closing. They made sure that underwriting was provided all the information timely so that we were able to waive financing contingency when the seller asked us to waive the contingency. When we had another problem with a small appraisal fix, they were able to come up with a solution very quickly. Tristar is very easy to work with, full of solutions (so long as you are reasonable and not attempting to fraud), and unbelievably supportive.
